Jerry Penson served as Development Manager with Taylor & Mathis Inc., Project Manager with HCB Contractors, and owner of Penson Construction Company before joining THE MYRICK COMPANY, LLC. He was named Executive Vice President of Development in 1999. His development experience includes high-rise, mid-rise, low-rise and medical office buildings. Other projects encompass large site master planning, infrastructure design and implementation , as well as retail, industrial, residential and power plant construction. His projects total over 2,000,000 square feet in new construction and 1,000,000 square feet in tenant improvements exceeding $250,000,000 in value. Penson has a degree in Building Construction from The Georgia Institute of Technology and adds value to projects based on his varied background, problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
