Richard S. Myrick, Jr. is President of THE MYRICK COMPANY, LLC and has been active in real estate marketing and brokerage activities for 20 years. He is a Life Member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club. In 1995, the Atlanta Commercial Board honored him with the Phoenix Award, in recognition of 10 years of membership in the Million Dollar Club. He was also one of the Top Five Land Brokers for the Commercial Board in 1995. As 1996 Board President, Mr. Myrick recently lead the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. The 1,400-member professional organization was the first Commercial Board of Realtors in the U.S. and is the only Commercial Board of Realtors in the state of Georgia. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP). He holds a bachelor's degree from Davidson College and a master's in business administration from Emory University.
