Ginny King joined THE MYRICK COMPANY, LLC in 1988 as a project accountant responsible for financial analysis, budget preparation, audit and tax work. Ms. King obtained her real estate license in 1989 and in January 1995 she transferred into the brokerage department. She was promoted to Vice President in 1999. Since joining the brokerage department, Ms. King has worked on a variety of commercial real estate transactions including the marketing and sales of undeveloped land, industrial and office properties and the leasing of office and retail properties. In 2005, she received the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Phoenix Award for 10 years of membership in the Million Dollar Club. Ginny specializes in the representation of both owners and tenants for the sale and leasing of vacant land, office and industrial properties. Prior to joining THE MYRICK COMPANY, Ms. King was the assistant controller with Roberts Properties managing limited partnerships from conception, through construction and post-development management. Ginny has lived in Atlanta since 1972 and attended Georgia Institute of Technology. She has continued her professional education with courses at Georgia State University, Georgia Tech and The Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. She is an active CCIM and a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, CREW-Atlanta, and the past Co-Chair of event planning for CREW Atlanta's Compassion in Action Annual Fundraiser.
